The senior all-7A Central Conference and all-Class 7A kicker/punter was named the Arkansas Democrat Gazette’s defensive player of the year after making 15-of-23 field goal attempts with a long of 52 and allowing only five kickoff returns all season. He averaged 44.3 yards per punt on 33 attempts.
Hocker has received formal offers from Arkansas State and UCA, while Memphis and North Carolina have shown interest, RHS head football coach Jeff Holt said.
